Good news, I managed to play with FluidSynth (the free soundfont player lib) with Python thanx to PyFluidSynth and the help from their devoted developpers (Albedozero to name him for instance).
Now I can play notes (!)
I still have to figure out how to manage the buffer between machine (FSM), and the real-time play.
Either a X ms buffer, refreshed so every X ms, or a buffer with N measures of music.
